A healthy diet and exercise are two of the most important factors to improve your health. Unlike so many of the diet clubs I do not recommend the use of low fat alternatives which have been altered to such an extent that they bear little relation to the original product. Instead I promote the use of natural, healthy food taken in moderation. I will take into consideration your personal details, your daily energy expenditure and your food likes and dislikes to develop recommendations for you.
